Booking Confirmation

Users will receive confirmation of their booking via email upon approval by the property owner or management.
Payment Options
Payment for bookings can be made either:
i. Via QR code provided on the website, or
ii. Upon arrival at the property.
Payment made via QR code must be completed before arrival to secure the booking.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, users can directly contact the property owner through the ‘Contact Owner’ button available on their reservation page once the booking is confirmed
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the property’s cancellation .
